Our Quality department is well prepared and equipped to validate and ensure customer requirements. A winning combination of well trained employees and good equipment ensure our customers the confidence and Quality Assurance expected in today’s market.
Among our extensive tool set, we have three programmable CMM’s, each with an articulating probe head, and one with an 8 position tool changer. An X-Y-Z measurement envelope of up to 15-30-10 decimeters (or 59.1″x 118.1″x 39.4″), enable us to meet most measurement challenges.
On the more delicate side, and when “non-contact” is necessary, we use a three axis vision machine with capabilities of 19 to 400X magnification.
Procedures
Beyond our measurement equipment, we effectively manage processes with well-constructed APQP documents, SPC techniques, and an internal audit system including both process and product audits.
Bachman Machine Company is IATF 16949:2016 First Edition Certified for the manufacture of metal stamping and sub-assemblies. Our Tool Room and Production Machining Departments are ISO 9001:2015-ASQ/ANSI/ISO 9001:2015 Certified for designing and manufacturing progressive and transfer dies and production of precision machined parts.
